Terms and Conditions
1. GENERAL
The following terms and conditions apply to the delivery of products by The Outdoor Lifestyle Distribution Company Ltd., company number 7616090, with VAT number 116537422, to the buyer, hereinafter referred to as the Customer. The store known as GrillGrate.co.uk and currently located at 3Mc Middlemarch Business Park, Coventry CV3 4FJ

2. PRIVACY
2.1 We will not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (SPAM).
2.2 We use the following cookies - frontend, __utma, __utmb, __utmc, __ utmz, these are used for standard shopping basket functionality and anonymous website usage details.
2.3 We will not collect and store any information that may be considered "sensitive" under the Personal Data Protection Act 1998. Your address details (but not your bank details, see below) have limited access and are only used within our internal systems in accordance with the law.

3. PRICES
3.1 All prices are in Pounds sterling.
3.2 All prices are exclusive of transport costs (unless stated otherwise) for delivery within in the UK unless stated otherwise.
3.3 Delivery costs for all destinations other than the UK mainland are available on request from The Outdoor Lifestyle Distribution Company LTD.

4. PAYMENT
4.1 Payment must be made in Pounds sterling, unless stated otherwise, by one of the following payment methods:
-  Multisafepay

-  Major credit cards as listed: MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta

-  Transfer directly to The Outdoor Lifestyle Distribution Company LTD.

4.2 The Outdoor Lifestyle Distribution Company LTD. may not, will not and cannot store your bank details on its systems. When you reach the page for entering your bank details, you will be directly connected to Multisafepay protected server - you can tell by the change in the web address in your browser. Multisafepay is our payment provider. We use Multisafepay because they are leading in the field of secure transactions and they are one of the largest internet payment providers in Europe.

5. TRANSFER OF RISK
The risk of the goods is transferred entirely to the customer as soon as the goods have been delivered by our carrier and you have signed for receipt.

6. DELIVERY
6.1 SHIPPING
All products are shipped from our warehouses. Unless otherwise requested by the Customer, all products must be signed for at the time of delivery. The Customer must request an alternative delivery method at the time of the order if so desired. The goods will then be shipped to the Client at his own risk.
6.2 SHIPPING COSTS
All products that are on our website are delivered within most of the UK for an amount of 12,50 Pounds unless stated otherwise. For deliveries to the islands different shipping costs will be charged. If in doubt, you can call us to confirm these costs before you place the order.
6.3 DELIVERY DATE
The Outdoor Lifestyle Distribution Company LTD strives to deliver all goods within four working days when processing payments. Shipment usually takes place on the same day as the payment is processed. For all orders for which the delivery time is more than 28 days, the Customer will be notified in writing and the option of cancellation and reimbursement will be offered. All products that are not in stock at the time of the order will be sent to the Customer as soon as possible. The Outdoor Lifestyle Distribution Company LTD is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by our suppliers or carriers.
6.4 EXPRESS SHIPMENT
In many cases we are able to ship orders on a "Next Day" delivery basis or with a time delivery for an additional charge. If you want to use this service, first ask us if the product is available and what the additional costs are before ordering the product.


7. ACCEPTANCE
The Client must check the goods within a reasonable period after delivery and is deemed to have accepted the goods, unless the Client notifies The Outdoor Lifestyle Distribution Company LTD. within a reasonable period after delivery, to have rejected the goods. If no notification of rejection is received, The Outdoor Lifestyle Distribution Company LTD will consider the products described to be of sufficient quality and suitable for the purpose and therefore reserve the right not to accept any rejection of goods at a later time.

8. RETURN POSSIBILITY
8.1 If the goods are rejected within the time scale, as defined in Article 7, the Customer will comply with the return procedure as defined below. The Outdoor Lifestyle Distribution Company LTD. does not accept returned goods if the procedure is not followed.
8.2 The customer contacts The Outdoor Lifestyle Distribution Company LTD. either by telephone or by e-mail to start a return procedure. A return code will be issued and must be communicated with every correspondence. This number must also be clearly indicated on all returned packages. The Outdoor Lifestyle Distribution Company LTD will ensure that the relevant packages are collected from the customer. A collection charge will apply to the returns where the goods are not damaged or defective.
8.3 In cases where the defective or damaged goods are rejected within a reasonable period, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The defective or damaged products must be returned to the location that The Outdoor Lifestyle Distribution Company LTD. issued for reimbursement or replacement. Refund will take place within 20 days after cancellation.

9. CANCELLATIONS
9.1 Cancellations are only accepted if the customer complies with The Outdoor Lifestyle Distribution Company LTD's cancellation procedure and before goods have been sent. If the order was sent prior to cancellation, the return procedure as described in Article 7 (8.2 and 8.3) above will apply. If the procedure is not followed, the order is considered valid and the Customer remains liable for the full payment.
9.2 Cancellations can be made either by telephone or by e-mail directly with The Outdoor Lifestyle Distribution Company LTD. Remember, order processing normally takes place on the same day as the payment is processed.
9.3 Cancellations and requests for returns after a product has been delivered and are considered suitable for the purpose, must be allowed by The Outdoor Lifestyle Distribution Company LTD and receive a suitable return number. The cost and risk of returning these goods are solely for the customers. A refund will only be made once the returned goods have been checked and deemed suitable for resale. The Outdoor Lifestyle Distribution Company LTD can organize the collection of these goods and the costs can be deducted from the amount that must be credited to the customer or the goods can be sent and paid for by the customer on their own nominated carrier with the correct insurance. Returned goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with the unopened internal packaging.

10. LAW
All offers and agreements of The Outdoor Lifestyle Distribution Company LTD. shall be interpreted in accordance with U.K. Law.
